A member has asked if we know the address of the South Leeds Wargamers and the address of a military history booksellers in Harrogate.

Do any of you know either or both of them?

Russ

I dont know Harrogate. Google should help answer this query. Better still a trip to one of the bigger games / trade shows or a trip to Haye-on-Wye (best make that a weekend to take all bookshops in).

As to clubs. I havent seen a South Leeds stand at York (Vapnartak in February) or Stockton (Battleground) or at Pudsey (Recon) shows but I could be blind... wait for it Granty (openings all yours) :)

These are the clubs I know of in this area:

https://wdwgamers.weebly.com/yorkshire-clubs.html (Wakefield who organise Pudsey show between Leeds & Bradford, usually in December)

https://leedswargamesclub.webs.com/ (Leeds cclub who organise Fiasco show near Leeds Armouries, usually in October)

Barnsley Club

There are others who game and have their own meetings in each others houses and put on games at shows.

Look at a show list of demo or participation games for ideas.

Additionally some clubs have useful show lists like this from Tring https://sites.google.com/site/tringwarg ... ames-shows

But no signs of a south leeds club, mind I havent tried a google search
