There isn't enough 'other axis nations' or 'other allied nations' figures of this period (1920's/30's) in plastic.

The only problem is that as Plastic Soldier Review has pointed out the uniform is pure fantasy! If you squint and do not care too much then they might have some uses, but really a shame when a manufacturer gets something so wrong and misses an opportunity, a bit like Strelets and their Japanese in shorts, what were they thinking!?

The good thing about them being plastic is that 'detail; can easily be cut away. But I'm not expert on any kind of uniforms let alone Austro-Hungarian ones!!!

I have a liking for all things Austro-Hungarian, (well we do have friends in Vienna!), the problem is the Hussar jacket is very early war, but the figures are in late war helmets, and the fur collar is just pure fiction, so by the time you cut all that away there would not be much left worth having!

Greg, could you do a 'head swop' with other figures to make a more presentable Hussar??

Still leaves the problem of the fur collar! Its hard to know what sources some manufacturers use, for example back to my favourite pet hate at the moment, Strelets Japs in shorts, shorts! Try and find any pictorial evidence for that, bonkers.
