New Army Stealth Anti-Personnel Missile

It has been noted in "High Places" that the Blowpipe and Javelin Missiles are very expensive.  A committee was assembled with cost cutting as the main aim. And so they are introducing "The Arrow" a silent anti-personal Fire and Forget missile.

Re: New Army Stealth Anti-Personnel Missile

I have heard about it too.
In an undisclosed test area they are even testing multiple launchers.

Nice guys, but the Romans (and others) beat you to it.

On a silly note are we to become the SoT(BC)CW ?? or whatever is more accurate for pre Christian era bow fire?!

Re: New Army Stealth Anti-Personnel Missile

lol CarlL,

Alan started this as a joke, but up to my knowledge there are some countries/units (Special Forces?) that are making use of bows for silent/stealth ops.

(See second man from left)

See also this article which I found on the net about such a unit.

See also the modern us part of the wiki article.

If somebody wants to use such a figure in his SF, see Caesar set H082 ("Counter-terrorist Elite Force")

Cheers,
Peter
