Shaun - should you be going into the loft in any case.....
Any thing bigger than 6 is TOO BIG

i am more or less back to normal, what ever that was, climbing into the loft is easy enough and i am doing all the things i used to do before the last heart attack, jiving on a friday night, riding in motorbike trials and other exersions!
