I only play post war French. They have some of the best looking modern kit. The AMX-10RC has got to be the coolest armoured car ever! They make a good post war force as they have been involved in a lot of conflicts in Africa and Asia and they a bit less overkill than US.

Fred, I agree with you regarding the French Moderns. My own AMX-10RCs are yet to venture to Africa preferring to face the Soviets.

However, Robin is yet to admit to having some Modern French in 6mm, at least here. I think they too are in the lead pile...

I have French forces from 1890 to 1960 :D

And a Spanish Cold War NATO armoured cavalry groupe for 1980/90s :lol: :lol:

I have reinforced recon group for modern French a bit like a Battle Group. Cold war scenarios allow for them being in Nato although removed from the command structure ,thanks to de Gaulle de Dick. But can also allow for France going commie and either being neutral or pro Soviet. Some lovely kit ,im not going to mention onions , garlic ,useless bstrds, things like that ;) :roll:
