Peter Rabbit

Post by dadlamassu »

I had no need of another German tank. Then this morning I found a Matchbox Panther in the stash.

So I thought, "What can I achieve in one day?"

I was looking for inspiration as I cleared some old books into a box to take to the charity shop and there on top was ...

Peter Rabbit.

So what about "Peter Rabbit Panzer Killer" - I read a spoof booklet called just that a while ago.

So ... an idea formed

Okay, it is not in German service but it is a German tank and it has a commander The Hon Christoper Robin (who else?)

Very nice Alan.

But what will you do with it? Ardennes "phoney" Yank tank?

It is based on "Cuckoo" which was captured, refitted, repainted and used by 4th Battalion Coldstream Guards in '44 to '45. So it will be used as a surprise for the Germans in a Game. https://tankandafvnews.com/2016/04/27/o ... nther-tank
