i have just started to make the ww2 french bofors gmc conversion and was going to make it for the heller/airfix gmc as well as the hasegawa gmc, sadly after spending a long time making the basic heller chassis i have decided to make it mainly for the hasegawa gmc as it is much easier to assemble and is more gamer friendly, i have also leaned that heller maybe withdrawing it soon making it harder to get hold of, the hasegawa one seems fairly easy to get.
i may also do an open cab for the amercom ready made gmc as they are easily got hold of, not sure as yet.
any thoughts?

i now know what you mean by chassis stretch, it is only the rear so not a problem
