As far as I can tell, this is an issue with cookies, probably because you have cookies from the old forum. I had a similar issue, and deleting the cookies in my browser (don't use the forum's link to delete cookies) fixed it. You may also need to restart the browser.

I had to create a new ID as, even with changed password, I couldn't log in with the old. No big drama though...

Great work getting the new forum up an running, and thanks,..

I've arrived as well

Greeting from windy Wiltshire (nothing to do with brussel sprouts I've been eating!)
What's the point of doing one period, when you can do them all.......... In life most people specialise so gradually they know more and more about less and less so eventually they know everything about nothing. I work on a broad front so eventually I'll know nothing about everything.

Good work getting it up and running, everything seems to have gone smoothly. Are we going to just keep using the default theme, or is there a switch in the pipeline?

I'm happy to install other themes if people tell me which ones they want, and everyone can choose the one they like best. I'll be keeping the default one as the default for new sign-ups, simply because it works on phones and tablets as well as full-size screens.
