Weirdly they are described as 'wooden discs'? But are definitely hexes...

I didn't see oval shapes in my local Works... maybe it's a random distribution thing?

Spotted in the Works: laser cut hex bases - a bag of 110 for 2 quid. 40 small, 35 medium and 35 large. Small fit my Ambush! map hexes (1/2 inch?), medium fit my Cry Havoc! map hexes (1 inch?) 3d printing is certainly interesting. I don't know if its better to go for the smaller or larger scale stuff when it comes to how the finish affects the detail though.
