Irregular Miniatures offers a range of Japanese guns in their Really Useful Guns range?
Scale varies from 15mm to 20mm so best to get sample but they are cheap if not hi spec models (Ie usually gun barrel, carriage and two wheels).

Interesting question and topic Richard. I looked to coloured card for mine a la Principles of War. For dummy and unseen formations. If real and scouted / seen they have to deploy in space occupied by card. Not scouted not seen card continues play. Also figures on bases for other random markers, like...

What a lovely paint job on interesting set of figures. I like the radio "screen" on your radio set, it comes out well on your photo.
