Are you proposing an Annual available only on the web, or as both in printed and web based versions?

Re: Christmas annual...who's up for it??

Hi Carl, I still think your idea of a one-off printed annual is a good idea, but the two questions we need to address first are; 1: Can we amass enough articles/material for a printed one-off Journal type publication? 2: Have we got enough people interested in purchasing it if we can do it? As for t...

Christmas annual...who's up for it??

Hello all, My good friend and 'banter mate' Carl has recently put forward the idea of the SOTCW doing a one-off annual publication. This would come out about December 2021, and thus give us time to collate articles, do show reports, do battle reports, book and product reviews, etc. This would give a...

Re: Who's still writiing/reseraching??

Like Carl, I have not stopped researching but, also like Carl, the demise of the Journal took away the joy of seeing my work in print. I hear what you're saying there Alan, but if we could 'revive' some form of publication, (and as Carl suggests, just an annual), would you still be interested in wr...

Re: Who's still writiing/reseraching??

Perhaps we should aim for a SOTCW "annual" ...we could aim for a SOTCW Annual Publication for Xmas 2021 (delivered pre Xmas)? We could seek a new set of volunteer editors? (Hopefully with help on publishing from Russell?) And some volunteer writers? Build the material then publish? CarlL Carl, that...

No need to feel embarrassed Richard. I like researching things that are 'different' but relevant to the SOTCW cause
