I struck lucky though as any direct hit on the KV-2 would only KO on a double six (on 2d6), but in Battlegroup, a double 1 is an immobilise result (which i...

Surprisingly, perhaps, the appearance of the behemoth KV-2 in the game didn't have the massive impact I expected. Facing it with my platoon of British infantry, supported by a battery of 25lbrs, the KV-2 was the focus of indirect fire from the British guns turn after turn. I struck lucky in immobili...

Re: New painting guide for WW2 Germans

Cheers Grant,

That must be a new update as it wasn't there yesterday and it's not mentioned in the e-mail to my wife yesterday. Ah well, will have to be a post-Xmas prezzie.

Re: New painting guide for WW2 Germans

Any word on this. My wife pre-ordered a copy from Amazon as a prezzie for me and she's had two notifications of a delay with no indication of a publication date. Be nice to get some info before she bins the pre-order.

Re: New WW2 from Warlord.

If they do MGBs as part of their resin reinforcements, it makes a St Nazaire raid game a possibility in 1/300 or 6mm.
